This Event & Ticket Policy applies to tickets purchased for events organized, presented, or administered by RCK Global through rckglobalevents.com.
By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A ticket is considered confirmed after the applicable payment has been successfully processed and RCK Global has issued a confirmation.
Please review your confirmation and notify us promptly if you believe there is an error with your ticket or order.
You are responsible for keeping your ticket, QR code, confirmation number, and other admission credentials secure.
Do not publicly post or share ticket credentials that could allow another person to use your admission.
RCK Global may verify ticket information before allowing entry.
Admission is subject to possession of a valid ticket and compliance with applicable event and venue rules.
Attendees may be required to present their ticket, QR code, confirmation, or other reasonable verification at entry.
Entry procedures may include reasonable security or safety measures required by RCK Global, the venue, or applicable authorities.
Where seat selection is available, a selected seat is not guaranteed until the applicable transaction or reservation has been successfully completed and confirmed.
RCK Global will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed seat assignments.
In limited circumstances involving safety, accessibility, venue requirements, production changes, or operational needs, RCK Global may need to adjust a seat assignment.
Where reasonably possible, RCK Global will attempt to provide a comparable seat or appropriate alternative.
Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, fraudulently reproduced, or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Any transfer or resale of tickets must comply with applicable law, event-specific rules, and any restrictions communicated by RCK Global.
RCK Global is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or sources.
If you lose access to your ticket or confirmation, contact RCK Global using the email address associated with your purchase.
We may require reasonable verification of the original transaction before reissuing or providing access to ticket information.
Event details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary because of scheduling changes, performer or speaker availability, venue requirements, safety concerns, emergencies, circumstances outside RCK Global's reasonable control, or other operational needs.
Material event changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
Refund eligibility relating to cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully and comply with reasonable instructions from event staff, venue personnel, security personnel, and applicable authorities.
Conduct that threatens safety, substantially disrupts the event, damages property, interferes with other attendees, or violates applicable law or venue rules may result in removal from the event.
Attendees must comply with applicable safety procedures and venue policies.
Certain items or activities may be restricted by the venue or event organizers for safety, security, legal, or operational reasons.
Photography, video recording, livestreaming, or other recording may occur during RCK Global events.
Event-specific notices, venue signage, or announcements may provide additional information regarding recording and media practices.
Attendee photography or recording may also be subject to venue rules, performer requirements, copyright restrictions, and event-specific instructions.
RCK Global seeks to provide reasonable access to its events.
If you require an accessibility-related accommodation, please contact us as early as reasonably possible before the event so that we can coordinate with the venue and determine available accommodations.
Refunds, cancellations, postponements, rescheduling, and related matters are governed by RCK Global's Refund & Cancellation Policy.
